When you contact us or request a quotation, we may collect:

Our website and hosting systems may also process limited technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of requests, browser or device information and security or server logs where necessary to operate and protect the website.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, sensitive personal information or other information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

We do not currently use information submitted through the Request a Quote form for newsletters or promotional email campaigns.

Request a Quote form

When you submit the Request a Quote form, the information you provide is sent to our UK office by email so that we can review and respond to your enquiry.

The website does not intentionally maintain a separate customer database of submitted quotation enquiries.

Copies of enquiries and subsequent correspondence may, however, remain within our business email systems and related business records where required for the purposes described in this notice.

Our website and email hosting services are currently provided using infrastructure located in Türkiye. This means that personal information submitted through the website may be processed or stored in Türkiye.
